Let's make a little introduction about Bali.

Bali belongs to the Republic of Indonesia, a country in Southeast Asia, between the Indian and Pacific oceans, composed by more than 17k islands. People from all over the world goes there for different reasons: the weather, the surfing, the life quality and the safety. You can find all the services that you want, amazing restaurants and party. The surfing is great but sometimes the sea can get crowded. Since Australia is so close, there is a bunch of them. Really nice people. Balineses have a beautiful and interesting culture and vibe. Rice fields, temples, monkeys, colorful offerings in the streets and scooters are the Bali picture.

    Bali locals are well known for being kind and smily. They have a colorful culture which is really linked to religion. Being grateful to the gods and spreading joy is their day to day.

    In Bali they have their own dialect, but most of the locals can speak Bahasa (the basic indonesian language) and some of them even English.

  • Religion

    We can find a mix of religions coexisting in Bali: balinese hinduists, muslims and christians. It's really common to see different ceremonies going on. Respect is the key.

  • Weather

    Bali has an enviable whole-year warm weather (25-30ª C), and a 85% of humidity level. They have a dry season (April to October), and a rainy season (November to March).

  • Currency

    The official currency for Bali and entire Indonesia is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or also shown as Rp. You can check the conversion in Google.
